Frank Zawalsky
The founder of EXI-PLAST continues to lead the company as President and CEO. Frank brings more than 40 years experience to the firm, including previous roles in senior management, engineering and design in the plastics industry. Frank is well known throughout the manufacturing community in our region as a strong advocate and frequent mentor to other companies seeking to improve their businesses through adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles. Frank is very active in the local business community and sits on the United Communities Credit Union Steering Committee, the South Huron Economic Development Board and is the President of the Huron Industrial Park Association. |

Marianne Benson
Wearing the dual hats of Office Manager and the Sales and Marketing Manager, Marianne is the main liaison for clients and potential customers. Joining the EXI-PLAST team in 1996 in a Customer Support role, Marianne understands the importance of efficient, personal service. Through Marianne’s leadership, the EXI-PLAST team is truly a full-service provider of custom plastic moulding services and solutions for manufacturers and distributors worldwide. |
